This + Magic Weapon>Force will destroy even Diablo him/herself and tear through enemies. In the later levels of Disintegrate the damage increases as you cast not as you attack a target. First, Disintegrate replaces Ray of Frost and Arcane Orb, freeing up 1 skill slot. Hopefully some other people will share what skill combinations are working for them and how they're building stats. This will change I'm sure as I get into higher difficulties but for now it's working. I'm stacking as much int as possible because I usually don't get hit often and want max damage. The area of effect combined with our damage type synergizes well together. The monk uses a skill that pulls mobs within a certain range on top of him. He uses most of the same skills but uses arcane orb instead of arcane torrent. I usually play with a Monk and another wizard so the arcane torrent really helps both of our damage nicely. Skill 1: Diamond Skin with 'Crystal Shell' rune Secondary: Arcane Torrent with 'Disruption' rune
The following are the skills I'm using and the strategies I'm using. I should start with I'm only level 27 so I don't have everything unlocked yet. Hoping to get some replies with things that work for other people. A few combinations that have been working for me.
